Our beef comes from cattle raised on the coastal heaths and grasses of the Lizard Peninsula and is dry aged for 28 days by Boscarnon Grass Fed Beef, while our gammon is coated in honey and mustard before being slow-roasted to perfection. A choice of one or both, served with all the trimmings for a tidy £11.50.
